I owe everyone a huge apology. Entonces...lo siento. I have failed in a remarkable and unprecedented way. Unfortunately, this will still not be a full post, but simply a quick message to let everyone know that I am still alive, that I have made it to Nicaragua safely, and that I will be writing a proper post within the next couple days in order to make up for my slacking the past few weeks. If I were to give an excuse, it would be that I have been so caught up in traveling home, unpacking, organizing things with the university, spending time with friends and family, repacking, organizing things with Casa Xalteva, and then traveling to Nicaragua that I did not have time to write. However, I am not going to make an excuse, so consider that last sentence irrelevant. I would like to provide a little teaser, though, so I am going to add a few pictures of Granada, the city in which I am living. Also, below is the website for Casa Xalteva, the school/language school that I am interning at. It has a lot of good information, media, and background, so it will hopefully give a little insight into what I am up to for anyone who wants a little more information to hold them over while waiting for my next post (which truly will be in the next couple days!).
